We distribute a fantastic 100% Australian grown product, new to the United States Market. “Naturally from Nature”® MUSTARD SEED OIL is the new leader in the healthy oil category. COLD PRESSED, Rich in Omega’s 3 & 6, cholesterol free, GMO free, ERUCIC ACID FREE and only 5.5g of saturated fat per serving (compare it to Canola; 8g and Safflower; 9g). Use only Australian grown mustard seed oil for better, healthy cooking and healthier salads.

PRODUCTS

We have two product lines - The first is Light Nutty Oil - mild in flavour. It blends beautifully with all types of vinegars, generally on a ratio of one to one, to create delightful dressings or just mix with your favorite herbs. The oil is full bodied. The second is Spicy Oil - with an aromatic traditional mustard/spicy flavour. This oil has a mild spicy flavour, and is ideal for Stir-fry, Asian dishes, BBQ’s and blends perfectly with any ingredients to create delicious marinades, sauces and chutney’s.

RECIPES

Our very own Chef Todd has created and gathered an array of recipes that really show off our mustard seed oils at their best! Mustard Vinaigrette - is a spicy honey-mustard dressing - easy and versatile dressing for almost any salad. Todd’s Mustard Seed Oil Mayonnaise uses our Light Nutty Mustard Seed Oil. It has a smooth texture, and tastes great on salads, meats and in sandwiches. Check out the recipe section for more great ideas.
